By using the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the cheekymonkeysuae.com privacy policy and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing use of the Site. cheekymonkeysuae.com reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms of Use. If you violate these Terms of Use, cheekymonkeysuae.com may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Terms & Conditions for Indoor Party:

Cheeky Monkeys Playland reserves all rights to change its terms and conditions without notification. All final payments must be completed prior to the start of the party and any additional add on or additional guest will lead to recalculating the final invoice. Cheeky Monkeys Playland is not liable for any harm and/or damages caused by usage of our facilities and services. All deposits are non-refundable. All our parties are for 2 hours and includes 1 hour in the private party room.

  • The indoor playground is a shoe-free environment Socks are required to be worn at all times.
  • Parents/Guardians must inform the centre of any children attending with food allergies at the point of booking or upto 7days in (We are NOT a Nut free Environment)
  • Cheeky Monkeys is not responsible for any injuries, theft, loss or damage incurred while on our premises. All activities are conducted at your own risk, Cheeky Monkeys Playland is a non-negotiable for any accidents, injuries, theft, and loss of any kind.
  • Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of their parents & caregivers.
  • We have a strict “No-Bullying” policy. Children who display aggressive behavior towards their peers will be asked to leave without refund.
  • In order to keep the play are safe, we ask all caregivers to prevent children from removing balls from the ball pit.
  • All activities are conducted at your own risk, Cheeky Monkeys Playland is not liable for any accidents, injuries, theft, and loss of any kind.
  • All terms, conditions & prices are subject to change without notice.

We adhere to strict policy of NO outside food & beverages into the facilities.

Booking Your Party

  • Booking can be made in person, by phone or e-mail.
  • To secure your party booking at Cheeky Monkeys Playland, online booking transaction needs to be completed and a non-refundable deposit of AED750 is paid.
  • You will need to confirm five days prior to the party, the food choices and number of guests attending will be charged based on the number that you have confirmed (please note party bookings are for minimum of 15 minimum children).
  • If you need to reschedule your party this maybe done free of charge if there is more than two weeks’ notice, if rescheduling occurs with less than two weeks’ notice an administration AED70 will apply.

The Party Day

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to greet your guests. All accounts need to be settled prior to departure from Cheeky Monkeys.
  • All attending party adults will be admitted free within reason; any siblings not attending the party will be admitted at the casual entry fee published, they will not be allowed in the party room.
  • On arrival, your guests will be issued with security wrist bands and/or nametags. Guests will have free play for up to 60 minutes before being called to the party room by their host.
  • The celebrant’s parents will be given a dedicated table, that is yours for the duration of the party.
  • Sibling Policy: Please notify us in advance if you will be paying for your guest’s siblings. If you’re not planning on paying for additional siblings, we request you to give us a guest list prior to the party with all invited children’s full name.
  • Birthday Party Timings: The duration of your party is 2 hours from start to end and you may extend (Subject to availability) the 100 per child per hour. We are happy to receive you and your guests 15 minutes before your party booking time. Any guests coming earlier than 15 minutes will be subject to our general admission rate.
  • Food & Beverage: Outside Food and Beverage due to Health policies and insurance are NOT allowed; we make NO exceptions on The only exception is Birthday cake & Birthday Cupcakes/Cake Pops to be served in the party rooms. At the end of your party, we will be happy to help pack your left over foods and beverages but our staff is not responsible for distributing party favors, or carrying gifts to your vehicle.
  • Final Guest Head Count: You can let us know the final head count for kids attending your child’s party up until the actual time of the party. we are always prepared!
  • Kids Count: Please note we will charge for all children attending the party (ages 10 months and above)  Management is not responsible for children who do not eat meals, sleep during the Birthday or do not participate in the games. We will do our best to ensure that all kids are entertained but we cannot force children to participate. Nor do we offer babysitting service.

Guest will have to pay for kids who enter the facility despite the above.

  • You will have full use of your party room for one hour, your party host will serve the food & drinks and finish by serving the birthday cake. The children will then proceed to main area with parents or guardians to depart.
  • Please bring a bag to keep it and ensure they have been all collected before you leave the facility.

Terms & Conditions for Parties at Your Home/Venue:

All home or venue party bookings depend on suitable weather conditions. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure all required venue approvals. Cheeky Monkeys is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by weather, venue rules, or any external circumstances beyond our control. The client must ensure proper power supply and obtain all necessary permissions. Any damage to Cheeky Monkeys equipment or materials will be charged accordingly. One weather-related reschedule is permitted based on availability. Full payment must be completed prior to the start of the party.

  • Parents/Guardians must inform the center of any children attending with food allergies at the point of booking or up to 7days in (We are NOT a Nut free Environment)
  • Cheeky Monkeys is not responsible for any injuries, theft, loss or damage incurred while the party is ongoing. All activities are conducted at your own risk, Cheeky Monkeys Playland is also not liable for any accidents, injuries, theft, and loss of any kind.
  • Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of their parents/caregivers.

Terms & Conditions – School Trip

All school trip bookings require advance reservation and a non-refundable deposit. Final student numbers must be confirmed 48 hours before the visit. Supervisors/teachers must accompany students at all times and ensure proper behavior and safety. Cheeky Monkeys is not liable for personal belongings lost during the trip. Outside food is not permitted unless approved in advance. Any damages to the facility or equipment caused by the group will be chargeable. Activities are subject to venue capacity and scheduling. Payment must be settled prior to entry. Cheeky Monkeys may reschedule visits due to unforeseen operational reasons.

Terms & Conditions for Rentals & Services:

All rentals and services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance with a non-refundable deposit. Full payment is required before delivery. Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring safe access to the venue. Any damages, loss, or misuse of rented items will be chargeable. Cheeky Monkeys is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or factors beyond our control. Setup and pickup times must be respected as scheduled. Items should be returned in the same condition provided. Additional charges may apply for extra hours, relocation, or last-minute changes.

Terms & Conditions for Character/Mascot Appearance:

Character/mascot appearances must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the slot. Each appearance lasts 20–30 minutes and includes standard interaction and photo opportunities. Mascots cannot perform in extreme heat, unsafe environments, or uneven surfaces. A shaded or indoor waiting area must be provided. Cheeky Monkeys is not responsible for delays caused by traffic or factors beyond our control. Physical contact should remain respectful at all times. Any damages to the costume during the event caused by misuse will be chargeable. Additional time is subject to extra fees.

  • If you need to reschedule your party this may be done free of charge if there is more than two weeks’ notice, if rescheduling occurs with less than two weeks’ separate charges will be applicable.

  • Management is not responsible for children who do not eat meals, sleep during the Birthday or do not participate in the games. We will do our best to ensure that all kids are entertained but we cannot force children to participate. Nor do we offer babysitting service.

Payment Terms:

We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED or Cash on Delivery for its products and services deliveries. For Indoor Parties, a non-refundable deposit of AED750 will be applied. For outdoor parties full payment to be settled before the date of party.  All online bookings are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are only permitted up to 72 hours before the scheduled indoor/outdoor parties. However, once the AED 750 reservation fee for indoor parties has been paid, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Full payment paid for the outdoor parties will not be refundable. However we provide an option to reschedule the party.
